In acquisitions, we handle Due Diligence in all areas of legal relevance:
title registers, rental contracts, development plans, building permits and encumbrances, contaminated sites, neighbor agreements and all other legal matters.
We present our results in clearly-structured Due Diligence reports outlining specific recommendations.
In sales, we advise in structuring and preparing the sales process:
compiling data rooms, non-disclosure agreements, exclusivity agreements and monitoring Q&A.
We draft and negotiate all of the contracts required for acquisitions and sales, especially the site or share purchase agreements. Once contracts have been signed, we handle processing through to economic transfer.
