Legal Advice
Commercial and trade law
Our attorney work in the area of commercial and trade law focuses on offering consulting and support to our clients over many years. This covers companies of all legal forms, partnerships, and private limited companies and stock corporations in particular, and covers all issues of commercial and trade law, including group and transformation law.
Our legal consulting starts with the establishment of companies, including the design of partnership agreements and rules of procedure. We support shareholders over and beyond the start-up phase and advocate practical implementation of their interests under company law.
We also advise companies and their bodies, in particular in the implementation of Supervisory Board meetings, shareholder meetings and AGMs by stock corporations quoted on the stock exchange, including any associated issues relating to capital market legislation. Considering we regard ourselves as comprehensive consultants, this also involves support in everyday matters associated with compliance with the company purpose, including support in matters relating to trade law such as contract reviews within the framework of supply relationships and support in contract negotiations.
In the case of legal company disputes, we support you in our capacity as attorneys with many years of experience in extrajudicial resolutions and handling court cases. We provide advice in disputes and differences of opinion within companies and among shareholders, including those between companies and members of executive boards. Accordingly, we act as representatives in legal challenges and actions for annulment, and in disputes arising from corporate acquisitions. Our attorneys-at-law are continually involved in handling arbitration proceedings and are qualified to act as arbitrators in settling disputes.
